Japanese Immersion Students Photography Contest

Photography Contest

Students Photography Contest was a great success last year, so we’re doing it again! Japanese Immersion students – submit your best photos to support the 25th Anniversary Celebration and Tomo No Kai’s 3rd Annual Art Festival and Live Auction. Winning photos will be made into beautiful canvas prints and sold to the highest bidder on April 11, 2015.

Photography Contest Rules

Who can submit photos? Current students (all grades!) in the Japanese Immersion program, and recent graduates.

How can photos be submitted? Send between 1 and 5 of your very best photos to lizbehlke (at) gci (dot) net (replace (at) with @ and (dot) with a . in order to e-mail Liz) Photos should be high quality for enlargement – about 300dpi.

What’s the deadline? Submit photos by Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in order to be considered in the contest.

Who can buy the winning photos on canvas? The photos will be for sale at the Spring Auction – the highest bidder brings home your photo!

Remember – Photos must be the original work of an immersion student. They can be of any subject or style suitable for a school sponsored function. Photos will be judged on uniqueness, quality, and creativity.
